Payment Methods & Conditions of Sale

ALL PURCHASES WILL
BE MADE IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR CONDITIONS OF
SALE,
WHICH ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST
ACCEPTANCE OF WRITTEN QUOTATIONS
For higher value quotations, IKD operate a mutually beneficial three-part payment plan, where you will be asked
to forward a 50% non-refundable deposit upon your acceptance of the quotation. This deposit will reserve your preferred
start date, and allow IKD to purchase the majority of the materials, required to complete your job, in advance.
A 25% interim payment will be required promptly upon the
commencement of your job, as this will afford IKD the working capital to purchase the smaller and ad-hoc materials during
the completion of your improvements.
The final 25% balance payment will
be due promptly upon the satisfactory completion of your refurbishment, and not before.
The precise amounts required, including VAT, will be detailed within each written quotation for your reference and
information.
ALL PURCHASES
You may pay by cash, cheque, PayPal, electronic banking (BGC/CHAPS etc), or by credit/debit card.
> Should you wish
to to do so, please make cheques payable to IKD.
> Should you wish to make a payment
via PayPal, please contact us beforehand so that we may generate and email a PayPal invoice to you. Please note
that every payment made via PayPal will incur a 4% surcharge.
> Should you wish to pay via electronic banking (i.e.:
BGC/CHAPS etc), our account information is detailed below.
> Should you wish to pay by credit card, please
be advised that a 2.5% surcharge will be incurred on every transaction.

Debit card payments are free of charge.
You will receive a clear and comprehensive VAT invoice, and/or receipt, for every payment you make to
IKD, whatever payment method you use.
IKD will require full payment
in cleared funds prior to the Goods being despatched, delivered or collected.
