Thanks also for sorting out the cold water problem so promptly, it's fine now, you were right in saying it was probably caused by the electrics being turned off for a short time, just enough to throw out the digital timer.  So thanks for everything, we will certainly give your number to anyone who wants any jobs done in kitchens or bathrooms.  You are a very good worker. The old kitchen was efficiently manouvered (with the minimum of mess) and the old stuff taken away.  The skilled fitters were pleasant, well-mannered and cleared up each day as far as possible.  There was no smoking, no tramping through the house, and a radio so quiet I hardly knew it was there.
